I have been taking classes with Hans Guerin at The Schuler School of Fine art for three years.  I have been learning the fundamentals and in the time I have been there, my art has improved tremendously.  Hans and the school in general have exceeded my expectations. Hans’s critiques are always spot on.  He has a great eye.  In my experience, Hans has always been correct about the changes he suggests. Hans encourages each student to problem solve.  He helps us along the way an we learn valuable lessons. Hans has helped many students build up their portfolios and is an asset to the art community.  His in-person classes are well attended and he attracts a lot of talent.  Even if you have no experience, he will work with you at your level and you will quickly realize improvement. Personally, I learn something new each time.  It really helps with my confidence as well.
